Debuting back in 2013, Big Ramy has made incredible strides in his almost ten year career. At the 2020 Mr. Olympia contest, he impressed the world with his massive yet impeccably conditioned build. Clocking in at 290lbs, Big Ramy won the title of Mr. Olympia last year and has been eager to defend his title this year.

In an Instagram picture by one of his trainers, Chad Nicholls, Big Ramy is sizing up to be an even more impressive beast for this year’s Mr. Olympia. Big Ramy has been focusing on gaining mass, with Nicholls commenting:

Just a glimpse of what’s to come – taken 8 weeks out 322 pounds – WINTER is here to stay ?

The post displayed Big Ramy holding a massive back lat spread. Pay close attention to the vascularity in his arms as well. While Big Ramy has been putting on crazy size, he’s still insanely ripped.

The entirety of Big Ramy’s physique and training procedure is still under wraps. However, this sneak preview of his back shows he is definitely taking his conditioning seriously. It’s obvious that when he takes the stage this October 7th, Big Ramy will be a show stopper.

While Big Ramy is definitely a force to be reckoned with, he’s still got some intense competition from other big names like Brandon Curry, the 2019 Mr. Olympia champion. This year’s Mr. Olympia is definitely shaping up to be a monumental competition.
