T+ 0:00 — Pop one capsule with my supplements; only have cold water and black coffee in my system. Feeling quite tired, but chilling out while waiting for something to happen.

T+ 0:10 — Start feeling something, energy levels began to increase; get up to get changed and ready for an uphill walk on the treadmill.

T+ 0:20 — Legs (oddly) start to feel cold. Ignore it and put it down to a side effect. Drink some water before getting on the treadmill.

T+ 0:30 — Start walking on the treadmill. Heartrate slightly elevated before starting. The walk is fine, just feeling a little hungry since I hadn’t eaten in 16 hours. This fat burner can help with suppressing appetite, but maybe something stronger is require to stave off hunger.

T+ 1:15 — Completed a relatively tough 45 minute uphill walk completely fasted. Cool down and prepare a small meal. I am able to eat although I am quickly satiated.

T+ 4:00 — Energy levels back to normal; able to drink black coffee and hit the gym for a weights session. No comedown to speak of. Yohimbe has been known to leave users with appalling comedowns after use. Rauwolscine’s energy did not feel 100% “clean” but it didn’t leave me with any of the potential side effects listed above

T+ 12:00 — No problems unwinding or getting to bed. The rest of my day went on without any issues or erratic energy fluctuations. I didn’t have a comedown and it was as if I had not taken anything in the afternoon.
